"Generally pretty good. Cleaning could be a bit better in the common areas. Walks and lists in our room was dirty and damaged but nothing that caused an issue. We regretted not getting the breakfast as part of the room as we didn't find that many restaurants in Liége that provided a breakfast option similarly to what the hotel manged daily. The people working there was friendly and helpful tough we did receive contradicting information regarding payment for breakfast. "

"If you are taking the FlixBus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The room itself is small and basic, but comfortable. Have hair dryer, towels, and a second pillow in the closet if you need it. Walls are a bit thin, I can hear the tv from my neighbor, but I can still sleep easily. "

Rooms are clean, however in need of air conditioning as the far side of the hotel is glazed and the rooms were hot, despite a fan being provided. "Lovely place to stay. Comfortable bed in a pretty room. Breakfast was great with home made jams and yoghurt and local honey. Nice quiet area and the great swimming pool set in the lush garden was really welcome on a warm day. "

"Fine hotel with big rooms (separate with twin bed and a hall with expandable sofa). First level is indeed restaurant, but too bad it works limited hours - just as practically all restaurants in Spa. The staff was nice and helpful."
