"I would give this property 20 stars if I could. It is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and never gets old. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was super clean. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was good for us. We did a lot of hiking so some days we had a longer drive than others. It was always nice to come back, relax, put something on the grill for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. Barbara's communication was great. Directions and check in/out was...

"We came to Laurel Ridge after Hurricane Helene hit western NC (we live in Asheville). Alisha was very responsive and flexible with our plans and needs, given our circumstances were so unstable and stressful. We were so grateful to find a place that allowed us to bring our two dogs. The wooded neighborhood is quiet and lovely."

"The check in process was easy. Property Manager was responsive and the house was clean and well maintained."

"This house had everything, and it was clean and super-comfortable! Upstairs you have a modern kitchen, living room with reclining sofa, bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet with washer and dryer, and bathroom with shower. Downstairs is similar, but with a smaller kitchen and tub/shower. A wrap-around deck provides gorgeous views."

"We were traveling for tournament. House was clean and great layout for us. We traveled with family. Fire place and coffee pot didn’t work first day, maintenance came and fixed but we only had one day left, so that was a bummer. Towels in master bath must have been new and not washed, they left lint all over our bodies… BUT overall, great house, location was semi-decent. Would probably stay again. "

"Mary,This house was an absolute to stay in. It was as if we were home. You thought of all the little things that make a VRBO stand out from just a "hotel". The scenery was breathtaking! The only sad part was seeing all the work that still needs to be done in cleaning up from the hurricane. However it is very apparent that the people there are "Fairview/Asheville Strong!!" "We stayed here for a week with 8 adults. Bathrooms and kitchen have everything you need. We enjoyed the pool and the theater room in the basement. The property manager was very responsive and checked regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is in a neighborhood but very private. Close to grocery stores and the fun of Asheville. Everyone agreed that we'd come back!"
