"If you read the reviews, everything positive that was said is true. Literally set in the middle of a vineyard, this is the most quaint, rustic, and accommodating setting a group could hope for. The pool (which is shared with anyone who might be staying at the adjoining house) was a relief, as it was hot when we were there (June 15-28). "A wonderful stay. The property is spotlessly clean and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable. It is the best equipped place we have ever stayed. There are numerous places to relax inside and out. You really are spoilt for choice. Everything was explained thoroughly and the lovely owners were on hand to help if needed. They even kindly returned something I had left behind in the post. The grounds are beautiful surrounded by vineyards and the pool area is lovely....

"A week in this house with our 3 adult children and their boy/girlfriends was absolutely perfect. 1.5 hours from Marseille airport and close proximity to lovely towns and villages with world class food and wine on offer (like Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, Beaumes des Venice, Gigondas and many more!) made this holiday one of the best we ever had. Veronica is a lovely host and very responsive. We would recommend this property on all parameters and have already talked about a return. "

"This is a glorious, quiet and serene property within 5 minutes walk uphill into the village. So calming and beautiful and several room options, although all upstairs. Great, large clean (unfenced) pool - so hypervigilance needed with small children. It was mid-summer hot and we think some room fans would be helpful as the automatic airconditioning was not quite adequate in the bedrooms. These are small criticisms of what is a magnificent holiday rental for a large group."

"Josette and Andre are very nice and strive to be helpful. Very rural location and setting was as we expected. The air conditioning was adequate in only one bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms plus the one upstairs bathroom and the separate toilette have air conditioning from only one unit located on the stair landing. It was not sufficient. "This was an amazing holiday, it was a mixed bunch of ages but we all kept ourselves doing what we wanted. The house is amazing and modern but with the old rustic charm still within the old house. The swimming pool was the main attraction for the youngsters. It was big enough for all our party, and when the temperature dropped Jean soon put this right. Lacoste is an amazing place to visit, but all the surrounding area was beautiful. Great holiday xx"

"We arrived at the location and found it in good condition with friendly hosts who were helpful and generous with there time as well allowing us to enjoy are holiday. The pool was fantastic and private and the placement of the property gives you fantastic access to the towns of Apt, Lourmarin and Bonnieux. We enjoyed some great food in the restaurants in all of these as well as travellling to Aix Provence for a little shopping. The facilities on site allowed us to have BBQs and cooking dinners...

The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
