"Une sublime maison avec un grand espace de verdure autour (des animaux, une rivière). Nous avons eu la chance d'être les premiers locataires de ce gîte rénové, donc imaginez la propreté, le neuf et une très belle odeur dans chaque pièce. De très belles espaces à l'intérieur, grands et lumineux. Hôtes accueillants et sympathiques. Rien à dire, nous avons passé un très bon moment, nous repartirons et nous recommandons ce lieu. "

"Our family of three and border collie stayed here for a week and had a really successful and pleasant time. The gite was clean and had an exceptionally well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy, and the garden was secure for our dog and big enough to play endless catch with the ball! The property was not overlooked and we spent a very peaceful week here and had beautiful weather. "

"This is a very nice and clean house that is exactly like showed on the pictures. It is located in a very small and quiet village. The garden is big and adjacent to a meadow with goats and donkeys, which is great for children. They also loved the swing and slide. Very clean and decent property with everything you need at hand. Close to the beautiful city of Rouen. The hostess is very kind."

"Our Canadian add UK family met here for a much anticipated reunion. This is a gorgeous property that provided plenty of space for ten adults and six children. The house is lovely with a well stocked kitchen, lots of comfortable sitting areas, and a great patio where we sat outside for meals and evening chats. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed the big pool. Kate was a lovely, helpful host. All in all a great stay! "

"A lovely old French house, plenty of space and lots of things for the kids to do, table tennis a complete winner. Rather sad to see most of the curtains hanging off the rails and kitchen doors hanging off. Also if you are looking for a place with comfortable beds and nice bedding and towels this may not be the place for you. Having said that, we had a wonderful time. The area and people were also wonderful."

"We loved this beautiful home, thank you to Marie-France and also to David and Kiki next door for your hospitality. We had a lovely couple of nights here, 2 families, 6 adults and 3 children. The place was immaculate and perfect for us to visit the area. We enjoyed the BBQ and the table tennis. The children loved Joh the dog next door and also got to feed the goats with David which was a highlight of their holiday! Highly recommneded."

"Fantastic house, town, holiday ever! Martine's house has direct access to the lake walks, we enjoyed watching ducks, swans, otters on morning walks. Beautiful and comfortable property with well equipped kitchen and large sitting room with fireplace where we used to spend each evening. But the best is huge, very private garden our large dogs enjoyed the most and we as well barbecuing and sunbathing! Easy access to woodland foothpats and pretty towns Dieppe and Rouen. "The house is beautiful and exactly as described. Plenty of space and lots of amenities such as private heated pool, hottub, table tennis. Surrounded by farmland so verypeaceful with great views and spectacular sunset in the evenigs. Lots of lovely little villages and farm shops to visit locally and you can even pick your own veg straight out of the ground at some. I would definitely recommend this place for a great time."

"We had a lovely holiday at Maison de Bonheur. The facilities were excellent. Lots for children and adults alike. There was a shed full of different types of outdoor games. We particularly liked the boules. The pool was lovely and we had great weather so made full use of it. The accommodation was good too. Lovely authentic bedrooms with plenty of space. The lounge and kitchen had everything you needed. All in all everyone enjoyed both the holiday and property. The nearest supermarket we found...

"The grounds are amazing - so much space, lots of chairs, great outside dining area and a fantastic pool! The kitchen is small but fully equipped. Beds are comfy (except plastic mattress protectors). For us the room layout was an issue. The two twin beds are actally family rooms with double beds in, not separate as it looks like in the listing photos, which are very misleading. This was frustrating for us as we had to have three children in our room - we had booked here to avoid that happening....
