"The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. "

"This house is amazing.. the bedrooms are spacious and the ceilings are high so it makes it seems even larger. The kitchen is a bit small but the decor and separate dining area make up for it. The appliances are great, especially the coffee machine! The alarm/lock system is a little wonky and I wish there was more resources available like, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. The neighborhood is a little off putting but we didn’t have any problems. It’s very accessible to...

"The property is well located in midtown with enough space for my husband and I, my brother and 7 year old boy. The little things are thought of for short stays of like having washer tabs for the laundry, enough toiletries and towels. The decor is nice and makes you feel homey. Communication is great! "Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the loft. The loft was just as advertised and is situated in the heart of City. Despite the code not initially working, the property owner was very on top of it and had it reset within seconds when I called. The only complaint I had was that at the time, the weather turned cold and with it being such a big space, it took a long time to heat the loft. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would definitely book again. "

"We absolutely loved the staff especially Read was our favorite and the chefs were so sweet and their wings were amazing the one chef went out of his way to make me some fries because I told him that I overslept past the kitchen closing time but I was on medication from a surgery and he sweetly made me some french fries so I have something on my stomach to take with my medication. I absolutely loved everybody that worked here and I absolutely loved the rooftop party in the party in the lobby as we enter to check in we couldn’t wait to hurry to change our clothes to enjoy the party and we did. Above the barbecue wings and buffalo wings were amazing and the espresso martini was my favorite too the brioche sandwiches were delightful. Just loved how convenient it was and how it was so close to everything I just wish they were a pole."

"It matched and exceeded the visual expectations provided on their site and Expedia. We had a minor issue with our room, which we reported and they addressed promptly, making the stay very smooth. Only thing we weren't expecting was paying to park. But the staff made the experience breezy. Thanks, definitely will stay again."

"overall the place is very clean and beautiful. only con is the parking they don't provide free parking but there is parking beside the hotel which is $22 per day I wish it stated in the booking process that they don't provide free parking in the beginning so that I include that in my expenses."
