"The location was in a quaint neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and accommodated our request of an early check-in. The place was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. When we return to Columbia we will stay in this location again."

"Overall, we had a good stay. There were some concerns with the cleanliness/maintenance as we had to sweep the floors and clean two of tubs upon arrival. The property has modern conveniences but could use better general property maintenance (ie, no can-opener, not enough forks, broken glass in dishwasher, caulking, the loose staircase rail, loose floor boards and touch-up paint, etc…).
