"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. They provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bath robe, slippers and extra blankets and a complimentary beverage. And when they found out I was a vegan they went out and purchased rice milk which was soooo kind so I could have cereal in the morning.
