"Perfect location, safe, walkable to Holetown. All bedrooms have A/C, and has everything you could think of—shampoo, conditioner, snorkeling gear, kids games, tennis rackets, literally you name it!! Sarah was sooo friendly, the dryer stopped working and I texted her and she was at the property within an hour and had someone out to fix it within 3 hours!! "

"Amenities were just what we needed for an 11 night stay. Grounds are beautiful, and close by to everything that we needed. Getting to sit out in the porch in the mornings eating breakfast just listening to the birds and getting to see the monkeys was perfect. Beach isn’t more than a 5-10 minute drive depending on what scene you are looking for. It was a great stay! "

"Beautiful property just on the beach with lovely snorkelling at your doorstep. Fantastic sunsets every night from the patio. Everyone very friendly and helpful especially Smiley! Property manager Mike very quick to respond to any questions we had. The lady who cleans also very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who loves the beach, snorkelling. "The property is nice. The resort needs to provide ear plugs for their clients due to the noise of the tree frogs. Because of the way the building was designed, the tree frogs made an echo sound from sun set to sun rise.
