"Good property with off road parking for two cars. Nice touch that there was a welcome hamper with a few useful food items. As we were playing golf every day our main requirement was that the beds were comfortable, and they were. The WiFi was good, and the lounge comfortable. The local pub in walking distance serves good food and drinks. We hope to be back next time we are playing at Woodhall Spa."

"Just come back from a wonderful break. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic for exploring Lincolnshire, we enjoyed days out at tattershall water park, jubilee park, hired bikes and rode to Horncastle on the spa trail and the beach at Anderby Creek was really nice. "We had a lovely stay. The house had everything we needed. Good location with easy parking. The owner was there on arrival and showed us around, which was very helpful! The only thing which wasn't clear on the listing (I also looked on other sites) was that the garden is not fully fenced and with a river at the bottom of the garden, children would need to be supervised at all times. I would recommend this place. The hot tub was great!"

"Our wagon was warm and inviting with everything we could think of. The convivial owners warmed up the hot tub, allowing us to enjoy it under the stars. The only downside was the bathroom/shower which were a bit far. If you go there, do speak with the owners. On top of them being super nice and friendly, they have a lot of knowledge about the region, its history, places to go and lots of cool stuff around!"
