"Very pleased with room though dated, pillows not so comfortable but bed good, bathroom good. Breakfast was good on the stuff that’s reliable—yogurt, fruit, bagels, coffee. Eggs ok, potatoes not good. Floor of elevators were icky but rest of hotel was clean. Good for dogs. Would stay again. Close to Beacon."

"Check in was smooth but there was an issue with the TV when we got to our room. Alice from the front desk immediately came up and tried to fix it - she wound up moving us across the hall to make it easier. Then she even called us to make sure we were settled in. Great customer service. We’d stay here again if the need arises. "

"Have stayed here many times, despite Hilton's policy of nickel-and-diming you for everything. I just don't go for any of their "offers." I eat breakfast elsewhere (lots of options in the area) and use my phone for internet. The reasons that I continue to come back are the convenient location, the cleanliness (not yet too beat up since the last refurb), and the fact that the rooms seem to be well-insulated against noise. One caveat is that they allow pets, so be prepared to switch rooms if there is a barking dog near your room."
