"Decent size room, compact but efficient bathroom, all clean and tidy. The property had everything thing I needed for a comfortable stay (comfy bed, climate control, TV, minibar, coffee maker, good soap/shampoo, etc). "This is a boutique-type property. Not your typical hotel, more like rooms for rent. The room was small but very clean. Comfortable beds, hot shower, a small refrigerator with some drinks & equipment for our morning coffee. A short walk from the train station. We did a self-check in that took a few attempts, but once inside, received our keys. Highly recommend."

"My husband and I only stayed for one night while visiting Lake Como in late October. This is low season so some businesses are already closed for the season. The property is about a 20 minute walk from the ferry stop, and it’s all uphill. However, once you get there they do give you a short cut, but it’s still quite a walk and mostly stairs. "This was our first time visiting the beautiful Lake Como and we could not have picked a more fabulous place to stay for three nights. I highly recommend this charming place. Everything was delightful from the morning breakfast to the helpfulness of the staff."

"Ok for its price, clean bed and toilet - also ok. But the rooms isn’t so repaired, it’s a bit cold and you can hear all the noises from other rooms. It takes 30 mins by tram to the city centre."
