"From the start everything was excellent. The receptionist who checked me in (pity did not get her name) listened to my requests which can be rare in some hotels. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I had a beautiful room clean, lovely decor quiet and comfortable. Check out was busy but the staff were extremely efficient and friendly. I could not find fault. SadlyI did not get a chance to thank the women who checked me in."

"The staff was wonderful, they gave us the whole rundown when we came in and were super informative. Rooms were incredibly nice and well kept with lots of cool features. The area is really close to the temple bar shopping/dining district and other popular areas. "

"Bar/lounge/restaurant area is really neat, with unique furniture. Has a very comfortable vibe. Room was compact, but very suitable for what I needed. Had a guitar amp in every room, and electric guitars downstairs you could sign out. I don't play, but it was an interesting feature. Location is great. Downtown Dublin, easy walk to great food, shopping, and transit."
