"Had a great stay, the room was clean and the location easy access to the city centre. It had almost everything we needed (including towels for a small fee) except for hand soap in the bathroom. Makes total sense to use this as a hotel during the summer and we would return!"

"The room is in an ideal location off Gardiner St. and near Mountjoy Square. It is very nice and I have stayed there at least twice before and will always check if it is available when staying in Dublin, since the price is very good too."

"First rate staff - went out of their way to ensure an easy check-in/check-out. comfortable bedding. good amount of road noise, but tolerable if you adjust your evening/morning to it. adjoining pub has great atmosphere and food."

"Lovely guesthouse. Friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms. Compact but clean and tidy. Housekeeping everyday was excellent with fresh bottles of water in the room. Quiet location too. Family friendly. My only complaint is that the breakfast room wasn’t big enough to accommodate all the guests and there was no booking system which means often there was a lengthy queue and it could feel rushed."
