"Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. The floors were dirty, the beds, showers, and floors had hair and gum. The 42" television boasted about in the features of the property was smashed, as well as the glass stovetop, the cover for the door of the dishwasher was gone, and many "repairs" were needed. The doorknob for one of the bedroom doors only worked from...

"Clean and very comfortable"

"We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay."

"Great value for money! Hard to find but the guy on reception helped direct us. The mattress was very hard so slightly uncomfortable sleep and the apartment above us were noisy, sounded like they were moving furniture around! Overall clean, central and fab value for money! Would stay again and recommend to a friend. "

"What a beautiful apartment!!! Impeccable standard, really clean and super comfortable. I suspect we may have been some of the first guests as some apartments on the lower flowers were still being furnished during our visit. The location is quiet but central, 10 mins walk to St Pancras. Also, Granary Square is minutes away with various restaruants and cafes - the area has a great vibe."
