"Had free airport transfer which was nice after a long flight. The driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name on it. He waited for us even though our plane was a little late landing. The grounds around the hotel were beautiful. The free breakfast was nice. The only negatives were there’s no food available after 10 pm and there’s no air conditioning but apparently that’s normal in Quito. "

"The room was very comfortable and well laid out. From my room through the hall to the lobby and dining places within, the hotel is classy and impeccable. The breakfast area is excellent and the options offered are great. I really have nothing critical to say of this hotel or my stay. "
