"An assigned parking space was nice. The beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was nice. We were able to cook some of our meals. My daughter-in-law had to work 2 days we were there the designated desk and work space with lots of plugins for equipment was very nice. It was easy to find and get around from. We visited the Reagan Library., Santa Barbara, Ojai, The Getty and UCLA."

"If you are looking for a great place to stay with a great price this place is it! My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The house was clean, well kept and clean. Amenities were as listed and as described. There is no stove or oven so don’t plan on cooking unless you are using the microwave, but with all the amazing food locally we never felt the need to cook in.We would stay here again for sure. The hosts were very nice and kept appropriate interaction and made sure we were ok....

"Eva’s place allowed us to have a great time in the Ojai Valley. The place was on the small side but very clean and tidy. It accommodated 2 adults, 1 9 yr old and a dog perfectly. The outdoor space was great for our daughter and the dog. It wasn’t high end but was cozy and comfortable."

"Lovely space with full kitchen, dining and bath and a comfy full size bed. My only complaint is that due to the weather the space was very cold throughout. The one room heater provided in the front room is not sufficient. I had to turn on the oven and open the door to keep the chill out then turn it off once I went to bed. A recommendation: Maybe the owner can provide another heating source for the other part of the space. Aside from that, I do plan to come back."

"Chris was quick to respond. The studio apartment was very comfortable and the owners had it equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. They had a Brita filled and waiting for us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Highly recommend."

"This was a great duplex!! It was steps to the sandy beach. I enjoyed my stay, although I was in contact with the host everyday due to NO TV. So if you like a little tv to unwind, make sure they fixed the tv. I say if it’s not working, do not list it as a feature. This was 3 days of messages back and forth with no success. Thankfully I have family nearby and I was able to walk on the beach twice a day. "

"Good location. We walked to Saturday farmers market. Visited Sara Cruz island and watched rocket launch from Grants Park. Private parking spot was very helpful. Good amount of space for myself &11 year old grandson. Used washer & dryer easily. Make sure you have quarters. Neighbors in above unit kind of noisy. All & all a good spot."

"The place is beautiful! We had us, our adult daughter, her boyfriend and our two younger kids. We could have fit more people if we needed to. The decor is cute, the place was clean, a short walk to the beach and some restaurants or if you got in the car the harbor area is just a 5 minute drive! If the opportunity presents itself, we will definitely stay her again!"

"From the moment we booked this beautiful home until the day we checked out, Shelly was professional and communicative during the whole process! Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time making memories while cookie decorating, puzzling and enjoying the gorgeous yard! The whole house was so clean and the beds were very comfortable! The family room space was perfect for enjoying time together and the living room was used for piano playing of Christmas carols. Many mornings were enjoyed...

"The grounds are perfect. Better than pictures. So the ambience scores high. I thought location was great...easy to walk to the yoga studio, dinner, drinks...or bike (provided) and it's right next to a bike path. My only hesitation was that I was allergic to the bedroom area in my trailer so I think someone had pets in there before and maybe the pillows or bed decor at the foot may have had pet hair in it."
