"There were 18 of us ranging from 7 to 70 and renting both Monashee & Valhalla worked great for our large group. It was handy having the 2 kitchens and 8 bedrooms. We were able to move both picnic tables together on one patio to form a large gathering area for meals, games and just visiting. Would definitely rent again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Auberge Kicking Horse. We are 4 old friends in our early 70's and try to travel together once a year. Loved having a large and well-stocked kitchen. Living space was very comfortable and 3 en-suite baths were great. We took full advantage of the hot tub on the deck, right off the living room. Quiet setting. Host was very communicative both in advance and during our visit. Would definitely return."

"We were very well served by Dave and his home. It has everything that you need… even crocs for going to the hot tub. I would agree that it is a bit tired but very homely and suited us perfectly. It’s in a quiet area a few minutes drive out of Golden with deer all around."

"Property was close to town, very clean and spacious, beds comfortable. But the strangest thing was that all bathrooms/toilet/shower areas had windows nearby with 0 coverings. In fact, not a single window had any coverings on it, so if you wanted a space to change with privacy, you had to duck into a corner or else go into the bedroom upstairs with the 3 twin beds. The master bedroom has a strange bathroom with no door but just a half open area so that you'd need to lock the whole bedroom just to...
