"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"A wonderful property for families, children and dogs. Well equipped, beds soooo comfortable. Bathroom/shower areas look lush and work well. The horses in the next field a treat for us all. "They made us feel really welcome with the welcome pack and made things so easy for us by getting us a welcome bundle with fresh bread milk and eggs and also loads other little things, there little cottage is amazing and they should feel really proud how amazing they have set it out it’s perfect and you can see the effect they have put in to make it perfect and Marty and bev the hosts couldn’t have asked for any thing better thank you for a lovely stay. "Beautiful quaint little property. A welcome change from the general pace of life. We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful cottage, Christina who owns the property was the perfect host. There was plenty of room for our dog to run around in the outside and even though it was November it was clear that the gardens were amazing. "My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits.
