"Stayed there twice (1N and 2N). During the first time, the WiFi was down and the temperature control of the AC wasn't working. They called me post 10pm when I was sleeping to ask at what time I'll be checking out. I shared my experience during checkout. The manager told me that they'll upgrade my room during the next stay. The best thing about the hotel is its staff, who are friendly and helpful. Their WiFi is very slow.
