"Property phone number listed on the website doesn't work. Their landline doesn't work at all. They have separate mobile phone numbers which you can not find on the Internet. We missed our flight and tried to contact the property and were unable to do so. when we reached there the next day and asked them for refund/credit for a day, they said they can't do it since they were not informed. "Ok for a brief one night stop before an early flight. Wi-Fi poor. Restaurant on rooftop very nice atmosphere and food. Very good service. Checkin staff professional and efficient despite the red tape form filling that foreigners have to go through. Rip off taxi arrangements for foreign guests but as it was early we couldn’t be bothered to sort a taxi ourselves. "

"This is a budgeted hotel No ambience no maintanence/upkeep No difference between deluxe and premier rooms except one fridge There were some summer insects in room The breakfast person told us to stir the tea with butter knife Huh ?? We stayed for 2 nights Our purpose was served but just accomodated ourselves Cant relax !the only pluspoint its in the middle of market and Restaurant Anju coco having good food is next to it"

"What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides."

"It was a very good hotel and around 3kms from hotel however the area is slightly away from Corbyn's Cove but near to cellular jail. The stay at hotel was comfortable and I even got an upgraded room. The room had extremely clean toilet so much so that I felt it was a brand new commode. The bed was very comfortable and was of any good 4 star hotel. incredibly disappointing.

"My stay at Diviyum Manor was incredibly disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained and had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. The bed linens looked old and worn, and I even found stains on them. Despite raising these concerns with the staff, they were unapologetic and unresponsive. To make matters worse, the noise from neighboring rooms was constant, making it difficult to get any rest. Overall, my experience was far from enjoyable, and I would not recommend Diviyum Manor to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay."
