While the interior renovations are decent, the exterior reflects its past as low-income government housing, and the overall condition does not match the rates being charged. We’ve stayed at beach front rentals in Maui for cheaper than what we were charged. Additionally, be prepared for nonstop barking from the neighbor’s dog, which not only disrupts your stay but it also aggressively lunges at other dogs through a weak fence.To make matters worse, the bunk bed in the rental was unbearably noisy, squeaking with even the slightest movement and making sleep nearly impossible.This experience felt like a money grab, with deceptive policies and unexpected charges that take advantage of guests. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

"Clean and well cared for. Nicely stocked with everything we needed, that you would expect at a home (no shampoo etc.) Plenty of space, except the bathroom. It was a small bathroom that could use some shelf or free counter space. "
