"Quiet, cozy and clean place. Close to downtown Midlothian where we were able to enjoy a nice Valentine’s dinner at The Porch Pour on Founder’s Row. Host was very responsive. The cottage had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I visit friends in the upper Dallas region fairly consistently and in my opinion the local hotel properties have gone down in quality while going up in price. This property was far better than a hotel room and I really enjoyed having access to a working kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and a comfy living room and bedroom. Wi-fi worked fine as well for work zoom calls."

"This beautiful 4 bedroom home is literally a few steps away from the SMU football stadium. We had our SMU 35th reunion, and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect! We enjoyed having a lovely living space, kitchen, bedrooms etc and parking. We loved our morning walks around Highland Park and to coffee at Starbucks! Thank you for a fabulous stay! We can’t wait to stay here again!!"
