"We had to move 1 of the rooms because of the smell. Both rooms were down market and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well. Sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake by shouting and arguments in other rooms. Parking was supposed to be an option but when we arrived they told us it had to be booked at least 15 days in advance. So we had to leave the car on a dodgy street round the corner. "Amazing, no noise at all, so deliciously quiet: that was our favorite part. Very clean, right in front of the tramway, close to the subway, very convenient. Keeps its promises. My only complaint was a fire alarm in the morning (not the property fault, but a smoking customer). "My family of four was very comfortable here! The location is great to so many metro lines and easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower. There are many amazing dining options within walking distance as well. My only critique would be the comfort of the bed. The mattress was very hard and the sheet situation was not quite what I am used to at hotels. We would definitely stay again!"

"The property was really good, it has all we needed, from a cooker, a boiler, a TV and the heating always worked well. They even got an iron and a board which I really appreciated. You have to go up and downstairs but that is something you'd expect from most properties in Paris. Overall, very recommendable."
