"Very friendly staff, we were made to feel instantly at home. Where we had issues with our room these were attended to straightaway. Grounds are beautiful and the walk around the resort was a pleasure. The beach is fantastic and picturesque. "

"The property was amazing but we had one night with out any air conditioning and had to follow up multiple times to get it fixed. Till the last day it was not cooling properly. I feel if you pay so much, and come for a special occasion you should be able to enjoy a good nights sleep. Other hotels would usually comp something or the other but there was no adjustment made. "

"We stayed a week at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the room and other facilities and breakfast buffet were brilliant. What could improve a longer stay (like ours) is more food options for the evening (more casual dining options too), clearer roles for staff serving in the restaurant (some confusion there), and a heated outside spa pool. Other than that - really great!"

" It much nearby but the hotel offers restaurant if you want. If you want to eat out, you’ll have to drive. I will stay there again. "

"Resort is catered to families but not well executed. Food was quite overpriced compared to restaurants in town. Kid club area and toys are quite dirty and run down. Childrens waterpark was great. Pools nice. They had bouncey castles and remote control cars for kids that was quite fun. Overall nice variety of activities in the resort. "Great location close to everything. I only stayed one night but enjoyed the stay. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was a bit basic with no other amenities than a kettle and some cups. The restaurant was great with lovely food and very nice staff. Overall, great value for money. "

"Excellent property, far exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to sea view room at arrival without even asking. The front desk staff, Ricardo, Ana and Ines were extremely polite and helpful. The staff arranged a boat tour of the coastline immediately upon our arrival so we could take advantage of the weather. The only suggestions we have would be to improve the Azur Bar service and food and on notifying the staff they immediately addressed it. Breakfast options were excellent and views across the property are incredible. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!"

"We selected the all inclusive buffet and it was amazing day after day. Sao was always welcoming and so was all the staff. The location is close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. The backyard pool was pleasant to hang out around and read or have a drink. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Excellent stay of 2 weeks. "
