"I’ve stayed here often and it’s always my go to in Napier love the spa pool service reception amazing service I do think that the room could do with some maintenance… there was holes in the wall and bathroom door had a huge hole.. the couch could do with a steam clean as it looked grubby and there’s cracks in in the ceiling that I found a little bit nerve racking "

"This is a great place to stay, located right across the road to the beach and children's bike park. You can walk into town from here. Inside the rooms are immaculately clean and tidy with a lovely friendly welcome. Well worth staying here. The one thing I don't really like is the parking at the back, it's a very tight squeeze between the parked cars and the building but okay if you've got a small car. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the property as a whole"

"I liked the estuary views and the easy access to the Napier/Hastings freeway. I didn't like the heavy footsteps along the balcony front, it was quite noisy."

"The hosts were both really nice and friendly. Room had everything I needed and was comfortable. Apart from a small amount of traffic noise, it was quiet. The complimentary cookies and chocolates were a nice touch. Would stay there again. "
