EXPERIÊNCIA HORROROSA!
Para ser justo, vou começar com a parte positiva: a equipe do café da manhã (Markinhos e Henrique) foram sensacionais. Agora a realidade: tive uma das piores experiências da minha vida nesta pousada. Realizei a minha reserva na Paraíso de Noronha através do site Hoteis.com, no dia 07/03/2021, no mesmo dia e horário que um amigo que viajaria comigo. Na ocasião da reserva, havia dois produtos disponíveis para acomodação: o Superior Room, e o Apartamento Luxo, supostamente maior. Eu reservei o Apartamento Luxo, e meu amigo reservou o Superior Room. No entanto, para a nossa desagradável surpresa, quando chegamos à Pousada Paraíso de Noronha, fomos encaminhados para quartos exatamente iguais. Ao colocar a situação para o recepcionista Cícero, ele e o outro recepcionista afirmaram que todos os quartos eram iguais, e a diferença entre as tarifas pagas por mim e por meu amigo aconteceram pois eu ficaria mais tempo na pousada. Tentamos explicar a situação várias vezes para eles, que foram impacientes, grosseiros, mal-educados e insistiram em dizer que não havia nenhuma discrepância, apenas que o outro grupo “conseguiu” uma tarifa melhor. Além deste inconveniente, a pousada estava em obras, iniciando um barulho significativamente alto às 09 horas da manhã, inclusive aos sábados, domingos, e no feriado de 7 de setembro. Finalizando, na hora de pegarmos o transfer para o aeroporto no último dia, o recepcionista esqueceu de nós, e outro funcionário teve que nos levar às pressas!

Pousada nova e charmosa
A pousada é bem localizada, da para ir a pé a noite jantar na Vila dos Remédios. A decoração da pousada também é bem bonita. O café da manha é delicioso e os funcionários tanto do café da manha quanto da recepção e limpeza sao extremamente educados e atenciosos e fazem de tudo para nos deixar a vontade e satisfeitos. O quarto é pequeno para uma familia. Somos um casal e uma adolescente. Mas conseguimos nos virar bem. Minha impressão sobre a poiusada foi muito boa.

O único parabéns que tenho a dar é ao arquiteto que projetou a pousada. Fora isso o café da manhã é tão reduzido que faz o de um Ibis parecer um banquete na comparação. Wi-Fi inexistente nos quartos, somente pega próximo à recepção. Vazamento do banheiro que molhava o quarto. Tv que não pegava nada devido ao Wi-Fi que não chegava no quarto. Mas o pior foi o tratamento do restaurante que em um dia crucial de morte na família tive que ir embora antecipadamente e por causa de 8 (oito) minutos foi negado um prato de comida à noite por já ter passado das 21:30h, mesmo explicando a situação e todo a problematica de ligações a familiares e tentativas de antecipação do vôo…em meio a toda tristeza que estava passando. Uma falta de sensibilidade que eu jamais havia vivenciado. Não recomendo. Existe opções muito melhores pela mesma faixa de preço. Aliás o melhor café da manhã da minha vida foi na Pousada Vila Sal (Noronha).

Muito boa, peca no café da manhã
Pousada super nova, projeto de muito bom gosto, quarto de bom tamanho, muito bonito e limpo, amamos. Ficamos decepcionados com o café da manhã, é muito desorganizado, a comida é gostosa, mas a reposição não é imediata, existia uma parte quente que se a gente não tivesse perguntado, não seriamos informados, acho que deveria ter uma placa na mesa com as opções da cozinha ou o garçom poderia explicar proativamente quando sentássemos à mesa. A localização da pousada é muito boa, dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé, praias, mercado, restaurantes.
