"We had four nights here over Feb half term with a 7 and 4 year old. We loved rockpooling, exploring the caves & the beach cafe all literally a few steps from our door. Also enjoyed a trip into Falmouth for swimming pool & maritime museum. The chalet is as described and Hayden was very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a great trip."

"The house has been lovingly restored and is the perfect blend of "homely' and "beachy" for the relaxing holiday feeling by the sea. Really thoughtfully designed and has everything you need. The short stroll to the beach was a joy everyday as the views are breathtaking. Gorgeous sands and crystal clear ocean, what else could you ask for! Tamsyn was very responsive and helpful with any questions before and during our stay. The local area is lovely and Hayle has all the conveniences you could think...

"The area is stunning and the lady who help me was very polite. Everyone on site was friendly and there is bus stop outside the restaurant. Nice place to do some walking if you don’t want go out "

"Very spacious house. Interior maintenance poor...Broken blinds, rear patio door would not open, Hob/ovens need a professional deep clean, entrance mat filthy{try washing machine)."

"Communication with the owner was perfect. Property was easy to find with outside parking. The accommodation itself, was clean and presentable and roomy for our family of 4. Everything & more than we needed for our stay. The park itself was clean & tidy with plenty to do for families. However, we found the nightly entertainment a little low on 'entertainment', but we guessed it wasn't peak season yet, so it was waiting for more families to turn up. " I’ve little property. Quality, well appointed fitted shower room. Ample space for 2 people and set back from an already quiet road so not to be disturbed by noise from it. Communication with the owner, Abi, was excellent, easy, friendly and prompt. Shame didn’t get to meet her as I was out more than in during my stay. Recommend this location. "

"Lovely clean, comfortable and well-equipped cabin in a great location. There were also very helpful and detailed recommendations from the owners about where to eat out in the welcome pack. The perfect place for a short break with our dog who loved the beautiful sandy beach a few minutes’ walk away!"

"Property was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious, peaceful and located brilliantly for access to the surrounding areas. Sadly, the kids were a little young for the sports, however tons of other things to do. We really enjoyed our time there, thank you! "

"Location of chalet was nice, unfortunately the chalet had mould up the walls in one bedroom and you could see it had been painted over in the other. The bathroom also had mould. There was dehumidifier in the kitchen but not adequate for the whole chalet. It was damp and smelt of it."

"Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise."
