"We had a great experience at this property. The check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. We had a oceanfront suite with a great view and a small kitchen. There was an indoor heated pool which we a plus with the cold and snowy weather. Will definitely be back!!"

"The staff was really really nice and informative. The room was clean, but aged. The mattress was rather soft, which is not my favorite, but that is personal preference. "

"Stayed for a long weekend get-away and the Avenue just blew us away! The room was very nice and very comfortable; holiday decor in the lobby and on each floor made it all so cozy and beautiful. We walked everywhere - so close to restaurants and stores. Loved the bedtime milk and cookies! Friendly staff also. Just perfect! Will be back for sure."
