"This was a deal too good to pass up. The view is amazing and check-in was easy. There are a few areas in the condo that need to be fixed (some small holes in the wall, balcony door didn't lock) and some of the dishes in the cabinet and in the stove had food on them. Although I didn't meet them, I can tell that the cleaning staff took their job seriously. Saint Tropez has the essentials that you need for a relaxing week at the beach."

"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

"Size of unit was extremely accommodating for adult family of 5. Very nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Unit was pretty clean, however there was lots of lint in laundry room covering walls and doors. Biggest drawback was elevator was out of order, and this was not disclosed. I'm recovering from a knee injury, and this was a major inconvenience. If you are going to book would recommend confirming that elevator is operational. "

"First I got there and the condo that I had originally they told me party was too big and they had me purchase the kind of blow it with the other bedroom when I book a room two cars available for parking when I got there they told me I did not and I have to go with the third bedroom in order to get the second car would be an additional $30 for the room which was three nights which should’ve added up to $90. "Staying on the main drag is not for everyone - it's noisy and there are bright lights at night. But it was perfect for us. You can see the ocean and the waves breaking just above the dune. You can people watch. Everyone can go where they want without worrying about taking the car. It's a bit shabby but clean, comfortable, and everything works. Lots of room for a family. Easy to get help via text. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rehoboth. "

Complimentary wine and cocktail mixes. The presentation of amenities is so welcoming. The house is perfectly situated for lagoon, beach, biking, and family fun.
