Located in Felts Mills, this historic 1827 estate is a dream. Enjoy the view and sounds of the rushing Black River from the 1,200 sqf deck. The cozy master bedroom features a queen bed and reading area, with stowaway folding Full bed, perfect for 2 kids! Full kitchen is restored with all the modern conveniences! Dining room is perfect for a family dinner or enjoying our stock of games and puzzles with friends. The parlor/livingroom features gorgeous working marble fireplace for you to enjoy in the evening with a glass of wine! Bathroom is stocked with convenience items. Visit the awesome local diner for breakfast or our favorite bar/grill for dinner, both 2 minutes away. Laundry washes and dries without switching the load. We take pride in providing all the little extras so you can relax when you get here! Every guest is invited to guided tour of the remainder of the house which is under historic restoration, with historic footnotes.
