"Beautiful place but had an issue with no cash allowed at bar or restaurants. I was double charged on my AMEX 3 times at the bar during my stay and bartender said they couldn’t adjust it so I put a hold on them with AMEX. Cannot have a thermal cup at the pool. They take it and put in storage area. Service at the pool bar was not good. "

"when I first arrived I was nervous because there was a lot of damage to surrounding properties. But rooms were great and all the staff was excellent. There were two bars on the beach and sitting areas on the beach. They close by 10pm, so no issues with late music. Excellent vacation!!!"

"This hotel was located mid-way between the beach and Fort Myers, which is exactly what we wanted. We had to change rooms, as the first room had a horrible smell, like someone was cooking in the room. It smelled up the entire hallway, too. The young lady at the front desk was very nice about getting us into another room right away. She also helped us by suggesting restaurants close by. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed."
