"Modern sleek decor, neutral, very clean. We didn’t really cook but kitchen had basics. Neighborhood was very close to old Bonita Springs- park, eateries, shops, within walking or biking. We were in backyard guesthouse with 2 other units housed in house in front. Our dogs shared the grassy yard. Neighborhood is old and some homes more unkempt. Owner very communicative initially. But our internet connection isn house was non existent and tv never worked. Was told it Would be addressed next...

"This property is in an up and coming area of Ft Myers downtown but still in the outskirts so it is NOT walking distance to the main attractions in the Downtown area. You could walk it’s a 10-15 minute walk but walking back at night may be a little desolate with not a lot of people around and may feel unsafe. "
