"Really nice new hotel, perfect location for Mons and if you have a car Pairi Daiza. Very nice new rooms and all the staff were lovely. Only downside was that the toilet is in its own separate room with no sink meaning you had to go to another room to wash your hands. But besides this quirk a great stay. "

"Just needed to stop for sleep on a long cross countries drive - you can’t beat the price, i wasn’t expecting much but i had an amazing nights sleep. other reviews are correct in saying the outside of the building is crappy but the rooms themselves are perfectly clean and have everything you need - shower, bathroom, TV, comfy bed etc. Safe area, very friendly staff, would stop here again. "The first room (No. 20) that we were placed in was disgusting. There was black mould in one corner of the room, the bathroom door did not close as it was swollen with water, there were burn marks on the sink and half of the shower control was broken. This room should not be used in its present condition. However, after a quick chat with Expedia, we went down to reception and were given another room (no 55) this room was good although there were still burn marks on the sink and floor. Neither of the rooms were soundproofed, the hotel description said they were. It is a very basic hotel probably only suited to an overnight stay. "
