"We loved everything about this sweet cottage on the water! The decor was top notch, and so welcoming! We stayed 3 nights, and can’t say enough about this beautiful area of Maryland. Great restaurants, shoppes, and delicious crabs! We also did the ferry ride over to Oxford. Had an amazing time at this property! The host also left some yummy treats, and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! Can’t wait to come back!"

"Our stay was just perfect and we could not of asked for more. Comfortable beds and furniture, nice and clean! Very close to the sports fields my daughter played at would highly recommend. "Rather than staying at a noisy hotel, we opted to go with the VRBO while at a lax tourney at the DE turf. The house is located in a quiet area. We ventured into surrounding towns for local restaurants and shopping. (It does take 12-15 min to get anywhere). The accommodations were comfortable and my daughter and I had our own sleeping areas. "

"The Ranch at Royal Oak was a fantastic property. The property was exactly as advertised - gorgeous waterfront estate with a large lawn. Incredibly peaceful. We were looking for a getaway to hit pause and just relax and the ranch Royal Oak was exactly what we needed. Marissa was a great host - incredibly responsive, check in instructions are very clear.and easy to follow. I highly recommend this property for your next getaway."
