"The staff were brilliant at this hotel, from check in onwards. There was a disturbance on our floor in the early hours of Saturday morning and they were very quick to come up and deal with it. Great location for Symphony Hall, The Rep and Town Hall."

"Not a traditional hotel as such, best described as blocks of bedsit type rooms with access to a bar and restaurant. The rooms come complete with job, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Our room was furthest from the restaurant, fortunately it was lovely weather, you would get a soaking if raining walking to breakfast. The room (712) was spacious, clean and very quiet. Room was clean and tidy and we opted for no window room, the bed was comfortable and overall liked everything provided. "Really pleased with our overnight stay, had a free upgrade which was lovely, rooms were spotless and fresh looking. Kitchen area had everything you could need. Bathrooms spotless and great water pressure! All staff were very polite and welcoming and it had a good atmosphere. We rebooked parking and it was a very safe place to leave our car. Will definitely use Staycation again!"

"Check in was fine. The highlight of my stay was Lorraine at breakfast. Such a lovely friendly lady. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she just wanted to make sure all her guest were happy. Food was hot and nicely presented. She is a real credit to the hotel. "
