"The room was more than I expected. However the check in process was confusing. I received an email stating I was to call at least 24 hours in advance for instructions. When I called a couple days before I arrived, all I got was leave a message. I tried again as I got closer to my arrival and again got the voice mail. I became concerned when I didn't receive a return call. Upon my arrival I was left instructions with my name on it. As stated above the room was very nice. It would be even better...

"The house was indeed tranquil and very clean. It included parking and was relatively convenient for our planned outing in Cambridge and our trip to the airport the next morning. The room was quite small, but the shared bathroom was convenient and clean. Before arriving, we received an email from the property informing us that check-in time would be 2 pm, but when we arrived a few minutes before 4 pm, we were informed that we could not enter until 4 (ultimately we got in a few minutes after 4)."

"Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. "
