"Always a fun stay, bar is cool. Rooms are small, are there are no drawers. They charge for coffee in a paper cup in the lobby not a plush. Front desk and valet staff friendly and helpful. Self park is very inconvenient , behind hotel down an alley a cold icey walk to get into hotel. Fun atmosphere and easy to walk to shops on the square. All in all a 8or9 out of 10"

"We had a little hiccup with our first room. Maintenance was replacing batteries in door lock when we got there. No worries, they finished and we settled inside. Then we were leaving and realized we couldn’t get out of the room! Called front desk and they came up immediately. Feel we got lucky as at one moment the hotel person was locked inside the room with my husband and daughter, with me outside and the door wouldn’t open from either side.
