"Loved hotel and lovely staff very polite and helpful.Parking first come first serve we were lucky but Sunday was free. Was a lovely walk not far to Winchester Winchester Cathedral fabulous.Think there is a bus in to City Centre but not sure we walked. Alfred’s restaurant very nice. Carole & Tony "

"Stayed here before few years ago an decided to stay here again staff are friendly the hotel is quiet excellent location to the town centre an McDonald’s next door an a tgi Fridays rooms are very cozy an just right will stay here again "

"This is a perfect location if you are going on a cruise our of Southampton. The staff are great. I appreciated their welcome gift, as I was celebrating my birthday. Check in took a second and we were in our room minutes after arriving in Southampton. This is just a few minutes away from the cruise terminal, the train station and the bus station. I will definitely stay here again! THANK YOU!"

"Great night away for wife’s birthday. Gave a free upgrade to deluxe room. Very comfortable bed, made use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Bar on top floor is excellent with an incredible view. Duck fries are very special!"
