"We had a spacious room on the 11th floor. There’s plenty of cabinets for storage, a microwave & fridge. As Waterloo station and Westminster Pier are walking distance away, it’s so convenient for us. Best location. All the staff are always cheerful and polite. They helped us book a taxi to the airport. It’s a pleasant 4 days stay for us. Recommended. 👍"

"Pretty good and the location alone makes it worthwhile, with the cost per night also amazing! Staff were lovely at 11pm at night. I got an upfront warning that there will be some building work 'early' at 8:30am, and they did start a little later! Fully air conditioned room, with a nice comfortable double bed. I will say that if you are not solo/couple don't bother with the double room as it is relatively tiny, get a family room if available. Overall, for the money as well, will absolutely stay here instead of a Travelodge or a Premier Inn, if the price was the same or less. If it was more expensive, I would probably consider if it was the summer as the room had air conditioning! "
