"What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. "We were check in remotely so no human contact. The property owners send us code to get into the property plus code to get key into apartment. We had difficulty getting into the apartment using the key. Luckily the co owner was downstairs cleaning an apartment. She help us with the door.building has lift. We were not provided check-in information and waited outside for 20 mins after our agreed upon check-in time, and eventually had to make a couple international calls to the listed hotel number in order to receive access codes to the apartment. Did not receive any replies from the host through Expedia messaging or text message. The wifi did not work."

"Hello We realy like the apartment and the terasse (we could use it even if it was rainy during our stay We appreciated our contacts with Joao, the glass of porto he gave us at our arrival… A very nice attention:) the equipement and dishes in the kitchen, the dishwasher, etc The only downside: since it was raining every day during our stay, it was realy humid and we could smell it. In the little den/office in the bedroom, we know a cat used to live there :( We hope you will find a solution...
