"The room we had was wonderful. Staff was very nice! The pool and hot tub are “closed until further notice” so if you are looking forward to it, choose a different hotel. The room furnishings are outdated… so what. It worked, we were happy (except AGAIN another hotel doesn’t have their amenities updated)."

When I realized, i asked expedia to change the date, and they tried to charge me $259.20. Expedia was useless and tried to steal from me. Just book directly with facility. Emily switched the date for me and helped resolved my problem. She even went above and beyond by calling me back when my reservation showed up. "
