"This house is so beautiful! We loved everything about our stay. The owners/host were so helpful and friendly. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed including good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable. The couches were comfortable. The paper products were very nice. The backyard was a dream backyard-we had so much fun. And the dogs loved it. ! We can’t wait to come back"

"This location was great for a large gathering for such special occasions. Plenty of seating for a meal and large enough space if weather keeps you indoors. However the pool table was not level and we could not play a game. Both grills propane tanks were empty. Luckily, we had a back up plan. Overall the stay was a success and exactly what we needed for a group of 30. The beds were firm and comfortable with great pillows.There were plenty of kitchen items to use, the only thing we could not find...

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house. It fit all our family needs and accommodated all of us. We also needed to use the barn, due to inclement weather, for a wedding rehearsal supper. It fit the bill and was an event saver at the last minute! We would definitely stay here again should the need arise."

"I had a wonderful week-long stay at this farmhouse in McKinney. The house sits on almost 80 acres of beautiful pastures with around 30 cows and bulls (my count at the time) roaming freely in them. Kali the cat roams in and out of the house and is very affectionate and friendly. It’s a great place to enjoy nature, and yet downtown McKinney is a short drive (10-15 minutes) away. I would certainly stay here again."

We stayed here due to my daughter, getting married at The Grand Ivory in Leonard. I would highly recommend this for any family families coming from out of town for this reason. "The house is just as pictured. It was perfect for my sister’s family and mine. Plenty of space to hang out. We loved the pool table. Sadly, it was too cold and breezy to appreciate the porch, pool or hot tub. Everything was clean! The house was fully stocked for the 7 of us. The paint and towels could use some updating. Pulling in/out of the barely marked street from a 75mph road in the dark was a bit scary but we relied on our GPS to know when to turn. We will definitely stay here again when...
