"Spent a week there on business and was fairly disappointed with this property; mainly on the cleanliness. Hallways were filthy, elevator and staircases smell like urine. In the apartment the floor left my feet black, towels were stained and shredded and food was left over in the kitchen from prior people. Cleaning crew did a really bad job. Its too bad, I've stayed in Kasa properties monthly for the last 2 years and will likely not be returning after this experience. If these issues were...

"I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. "

"Great stay, would stay there again. Very clean and the response when need ing help was very fast. Price was good. A little hard to find the unit first day but after that parking was close to the unit. Felt safe and comfortable walking at night. "

"The only thing I did not like about this place is for it to be an extended stay with a kitchenette and have no utensils or kitchenware was a surprise to me. I had to go buy my utensils and kitchenware. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. Clean. Lady in the office is very friendly. Maid was nice. People here are mostly quiet. Had no issues so far. Still here for another week. "

"The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience."

"The host was very helpful and answered our questions and communication in a timely manner. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. There was only comfortable seating in the living room for 4 or 5, so more would have been nice. We would definitely choose to stay there again!"
