I originally booked a standard room, but the kind lady at reception generously upgraded me to a better room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had plenty of amenities, including an affordable and fully stocked minibar. The service was excellent—friendly and always helpful. When I needed a taxi but only had card payment, the staff went out of their way to assist me. They were always welcoming, with warm smiles. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, making for a great start to the day. I highly recommend Mulaj Hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Tirana."

"I stayed because I had a long layover and needed a place close to the airport as I flew out very early. The hotel is very close, 5 minutes to walk from the airport but they even offer a shuttle bus to drive you. There is a lot of construction at the moment, but I didn't hear much at night. They assissted me with printing my boadingpass, loaned me an umbrella and helped me in any other way I needed for the layover. They offer breakfast as early as 4 or 5 so you can eat something before your flight. "
