We used the spa which was £20 per head, there was a bit of an odour to the changing room area and the shower in the thermal area was blocked and water over flowing. The bed was extremely comfortable and one of the best night sleeps we’ve had in a long time! "

"Easy check in, though I think £15 for 1 nights parking was a bit steep. We just wanted a bed for the night with no frills. The room was clean and tidy. The en-suite looked as if it was newly refurbished and had nice toiletries supplied. I would have liked a hand towel and another bath towel as there was only one between the two of us. But all in all, it provided what we needed for a one night stay. "
