"I think the property is absolutely well kept & very welcoming. The team on ground is excellent. Front office, room service & all around, people were so courteous & welcoming. Even at the time of checkout they were so good. Vansh who did my checkout was excellent. Keep it up guys!!"

"The bed sheets were dirty. The curtains had blood stains on it. The shower door was broken and leaking water. The amenities were almost not present. The bed runners and the sofa were dilapidated and dusty. Overall a very big disappointment. "

"The hotel is bad. Not cleaned. The toilet water overflows when you flush. We stayed ther in the family room with my wife and daughter, we moved out the next day and got another hotel. It's more like a brothel type Hotel. We still have to get a refund for my 3 nights we did not stay ther. This is a 1 star hotel. "

"Overall experience was good. Some improvement is required in maintenance of rooms, swimming pools and proper lighting on pathways. We were in a suites with two bedrooms but only one bathroom common for both the rooms, this was the main drawback and we had experience lot of problem because of this. Second bathroom can be provided easily as there was sufficient space which was left as dressing room and was of no use at all. breakfast was good, some more items can be added. ACs were not...
