"Amazing staff from the person who opens the door to the hosts and servers at spectra especially chanchal. The hotel person who greets us each time we go into the elevator (akosh...might get his name spelled wrong), wonderful staff all around. Will be back! "

"The hotel is well appointed with a reasonable gym and pool. There are two restaurants an upmarket Thai ( i didn't use ) and the main hotel restaurant which runs breakfast and supper buffets plus a 24 hour menu with Western and Indian dishes. The lobby has a coffee shop, which serves a great cup of tea and cake or makes a lemonade from sctarch. Finally there is a bar, which serves substantial snacks and has an outdoor terrace. I experienced excellent service across the board, particularly from the Tease team of Nikil, Simanpreet, Kapil and Shiv Pandey who looked after me (as a lone traveller), introduced me to others or just talked cricket. "I have stayed here about 8 months ago. Its a lovely place to stay. Convenient to travel around Gurgaon. I always request a pool view room. Lovely breakfast nice pool and spa. Meal offerings are very Indian and not much to chose from for non Indian guests.We brought to the mangments attention and they offered to make any meal of our choice. Thanks to "
