"Just fabulous views to the mountains and over the rooftops from our top floor (3rd floor) apartment and the shared terrace! Location is perfect in the middle of town, close and walk-able to the couple of cafes and nearby restaurant. The property is more like a hotel, just without an onsite concierge. Rooms have tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge only. It's very well run and the assistance was excellent through all stages of booking, check-in and for any questions we had. "

"This place is so special! Absolutely beautiful location, the staff is so sweet, breakfast is great with a mountain view. The rooms feel so special. This is a hidden gem and there's no way it can stay a secret for long. Note, though, that you *definitely* need to have your own car if you're staying here. It's very remote and there are no restaurants in the town currently (at least while we were staying there). Totally worth it but just something to know."

"Great Hotel! I was actually hesitant to book this hotel because the picture in Expedia looks like it's in the middle of nowhere. When we got there, the hotel is actually right on the center close to shopping centres and churches. It is very modern and has great facilities. We were able to explore the town on foot. "The pictures do not do justice to this great apartment! It is fresh, modern and well appointed. Our host went out of his way to welcome us and was easy to communicate with. We were two couples traveling together and the apartment worked out well for us. The panoramic views over the old town and then the mountains beyond are breathtaking! The location is excellent for a visit to Sulmona, minutes away from sights, shops and restaurants. "

"The house and garden exceeded all our expectations. We loved the photos and description in the listing, which is why we chose it, but the reality was so much better. On arrival, Guglielmo and Luca met us to show us around the house and garden and give us important information. Several times during the holiday, they checked in on us by message, and offered recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They were the perfect hosts. The highlights: the pool is really big and has shallow end...
