When we got there, the hotel is actually right on the center close to shopping centres and churches. It is very modern and has great facilities. We were able to explore the town on foot. "We were not able to stay in this apartment, finding out as we arrived for check in at 5pm that there was a power outage in the house, that was communicated by an Italian groundskeeper. Luckily, our sister in law speaks Italian and was able to manage the transfer to a nearby hotel. Note that the online booking manager for the house lives in California, and was not able to be contacted immediately. Once we were in contact with her (about one hour later), she gave an immediate Venmo refund and...

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"
