"Just fabulous views to the mountains and over the rooftops from our top floor (3rd floor) apartment and the shared terrace! Location is perfect in the middle of town, close and walk-able to the couple of cafes and nearby restaurant. The property is more like a hotel, just without an onsite concierge. Rooms have tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge only. It's very well run and the assistance was excellent through all stages of booking, check-in and for any questions we had. "

"Best hotel we’ve stayed during our trips to Abruzzo. Beautiful inside and out. Friendly and very proficient staff who made us welcome (not always the case with English speakers in Abruzzo). The food was great too - we had an exceptional dinner. Great value compared to others."

"We had such a great time here. We were greeted with coffee and snacks and plenty of information about the town. The restaurant was closed but was offered to us which was great. we were also given suggestions to go eat at. the rooms were great, breakfast was very good. we even got to purchase some chirstmas ornaments. our host we also very friendly. "

"We spent over a week at this beautiful and very comfortable apartment and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Waking up each morning to the ever-changing weather, nature and wildlife in the mountains was so wonderful and peaceful. Susanne is a perfect host and we felt very welcome by her generosity, warmth and knowledge of the area.
