"The rooms and common spaces here are beautiful and it's centrally located in Noto. Breakfast is delivered to your room on a cart. Nice balcony, lovely courtyard. The staff here is wonderful - so nice and helpful. Biggest bathroom you find in Italy (or anywhere, really!). Very clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"the hotel is newly renovated, and in a good location within walking distance to both the bus and train station and to Ortigia and even the historical ancient Greek theater. the only downside is there is no lift, you need to carry the luggage up by stairs. the staff Damina is very friendly and helpful, even help us to carry a luggage up. "Beautifully decorated and extremely clean, the breakfast was also delicious! Great location and within walking distance to the centre of Noto. Communication with them prior too and during our stay was exceptional and they were very accommodating. All staff were super friendly and welcoming! "We had two ‘Comfort Rooms’ and our whole stay was EXCELLENT from the moment we arrived. "The location is why we chose it. You exit onto one of the major, (mostly) pedestrianised streets with lots of restaurants. Unfortunately there is construction wotk next door which started at 0800 but as there’s no nightlife in Ortigia we were up by then so it wasn’t a problem. It’s hard to find. "The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous. You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. I think that it was expensive for what we got."

"This was the most beautiful property! The photos looked good, but they don’t do it justice. Exquisite. "Host, Salvos, was a real asset. We had a dreadful start to our holiday with a five hour flight delay and as a result our car hire vehicles were rented out to others.
